(2S)-ethyl 2-(2-(5-bromo-1-(4-cyanonaphthalen-1-yl)-1H-imidazol-2-ylthio)acetamido)propanoate was prepared by coupling 2-(5-bromo-1-(4-cyanonaphthalen-1-yl)-1H-imidazol-2-ylthio)-acetic acid with alanine ethyl ester according to the procedure described in example 2.
