Versuchsvorschrift

On a 50 mg scale using a 1:1.1 molar ratio of (5-{2,4-Bis[(3S)-3-methylmorpholin-4-yl]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-yl}-2-methoxyphenyl)methanol:Phosphoric acid. 50 mg of (5-{2,4-Bis[(3S)-3-methylmorpholin-4-yl]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-yl}-2-methoxyphenyl)methanol was dissolved in the minimal amount of MeCN, this solution was then added drop-wise to a vial containing the phosphoric acid which caused a yellow solid to immediately precipitate. The experiment was then left to stir over night at room temperature before filtering and isolating the precipitate.
