Versuchsvorschrift
To a solution of tert-butyl (3-azidopropyl)(4-(benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-yl)phenyl)carbamate (above mentioned material) in 3 mL of DCM was added TFA (1 mL). The mixture was stirred at rt for 1.5 h and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by reversed phase HPLC (TFA buffered water/MeCN) to afford the title compound as a orange-colored oil (61 mg, TFA salt). MS (ESI) m/z [M-1-H]+344.
