Versuchsvorschrift

To a suspension of 2-chloro-N-cyclobutyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (102 mg, 0.460 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (5 mL) at room temperature, NCS (68 mg, 0.51 mmol) was added. The mixture was stirred at reflux for 18 h. After being concentrated in vacuo, the residue was purified by HPLC to give 2,5-dichloro-N-cyclobutyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (23 mg).
