Compound 81 was prepared according to the procedure described for the synthesis of compound 71 by replacing 2,4,5-trifluorobenzoyl chloride with 2,5-difluoro-benzoyl chloride in the synthesis of intermediate 19. LCMS (+ESI) m/z=407.2 [M+H]+.
