Versuchsvorschrift

Combine 1-[2-[3-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-1-(3,4,5-trimethoxy-benzoyl)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]-ethyl]-4-phenyl-piperidine-4-carboxylic acid amide (1.0 mmol) and dichloromethane (10 mL). Cool to 0° C. Add portionwise, m-chloroperbenzoic acid (1.0 mmol). After the addition is complete, warm to ambient temperature. After 18 hours, extract the reaction mixture with water. Separate the organic layer, dry over MgSO4, filter, and evaporate in vacuo to give a residue. Purify the residue by chromatography to give the title compound.
