The title compound was prepared from [4-amino-2-(piperidin-4-ylamino)-pyrimidin-5-yl]-(5-fluoro-2-methoxy-phenyl)-methanone trifluoroacetic acid salt (Example 22) and acetyl chloride (Aldrich 98.5%) using the procedure described in Example 24. HRMS, observed: 387.1833, Calcd for (M+H)+: 387.1827.
