Versuchsvorschrift
The title compound was prepared from [4-amino-2-(piperidin-4-ylamino)-pyrimidin-5-yl]-(5-fluoro-2-methoxy-phenyl)-methanone trifluoroacetic acid salt (Example 22) and methyl isocyanate (Aldrich, 98%) using the procedure described in Example 24. HRMS, observed: 402.1940, Calcd for (M+H)+: 402.1936.
