Reaktionsschritte
The primary amine XV was treated with 3-methylbutanoyl chloride in pyridine in the manner described above (C). The crude product was chromatographed on a 24 g silica gel column (BioSil A) of dimensions 1 cm (id)×30 cm, developed with 30% acetone/CHCl3. Five ml fractions were collected. The pure product was found in tubes 14-22, 128 mg.
