Versuchsvorschrift

To a stirred solution of pentafluorophenyl ester of 4-[N′-(2-methylphenyl)ureido]phenylacetic acid (2.32 g, 5.15 mmol), dimethyl (S)-4-(2-pyrrolidinylmethoxy)isophthalate (1.51 g, 5.15 mmol) in DMF (20 mL) was added Et3 N (1.0 mL, 6.65 mmol), and the mixture was stirred overnight. The resulting mixture was diluted with EtOAc. The solution was washed with brine, dried over MgSO4, and evaporated off in vacuo. The residue was purified by column chromatography on silica-gel with CHCl3-MeOH (10:1, v/v) as eluent to give 1.58 g (55%) dimethyl 4-[1-[4-[N′-(2-methylphenyl)ureido]phenylacetyl]-2-pyrrolidinylmethoxy]isophthalate as a yellow crystalline solid. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.87–2.25 (m, total 7 H), 3.50–3.65 (m, 4 H), 3.85 (s, 3 H), 3.89 (s, 3 H), 4.18–4.31 (m, 2 H), 4.44 (m, 1 H), 6.95–8.45 (m, total 13 H).
