The title compound was prepared from rac-[2-(5-bromo-pyridin-2-yl)-1-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-2-oxo-ethyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester and 3-methylsulfonylphenylboronic acid in analogy to Example 1b): MS (ISP): 535.1 and 536.1 (M+H)+, 479.1 and 481.0 ((M-isobutene)+H)+ (100%).
