Reaktionsschritte
N-[(2Z)-3-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1,3-thiazolidin-2-ylidene]-1H-imidazole-1-carboxamide (320 mg, 1.043 mmol, Example 25A) was suspended in dry acetonitrile (5 mL), and then iodomethane (0.325 mL, 5.22 mmol) was added. The mixture stirred at room temperature. After four days, the solvent was evaporated to give the title product.
