Reaktionsschritte
Following General Procedure A, 1-benzyl-N-(3,4-difluorobenzyl)-6-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-1 H-indole-3-carboxamide (Compound 8, 19mg, 0.044 mol) in DMF (1.0 ml) was reacted with K2CO3 (30 g, 0.22 mmol), 3-bromodihydrofuran-2(3H)-one (20 mg, 0.22 mmol) to yield the title compound (16mg, 71%).
