Reaktionsschritte
This compound was obtained following procedure described in example 13 (part B) at room temperature for 5 hours, starting with 5 g (17.2 mmol) of 4-(6-fluoro-1H-indol-3-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester were and 3.2 g (20 mmol) of 2-bromomethyl-furan. After standard work-up, 6.4 g (99% of yield) of 4-(6-fluoro-1-furan-2-ylmethyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester were obtained.
