0.83 g (0.003 mol) of 4-aminomethyl-5-hydroxy-6-methylsulfonylindane hydrochloride is reacted with 0.42 g of urotropine in 6 ml of trifluoroacetic acid in analogy to Example 1. Melting point: 152°-153° C.
