Versuchsvorschrift

A suspension of tert-butyl 5-(2-(3-hydroxyphenyl)quinazolin-4-ylamino)-1H-indazole-1-carboxylate (120 mg, 0.26 mmol), isopropyl 2-chloroacetate (45 mL, 0.36 mmol), K2CO3 (125 μL, 0.24 mmol), in DMF (5 mL) stirred at RT for 2 h. Concentrated in vacuo to afford the crude tert-butyl 5-(2-(3-(2-isopropoxy-2-oxoethoxy)phenyl)quinazolin-4-ylamino)-1H-indazole-1-carboxylate. (0.26 mmol)
