The title compound was synthesized in the manner of Example 13 from 2,2,2-trichloro-1-{10-[(2,2′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl-4-yl)carbonyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepin-3-yl}ethanone of Example 6 and 2,4-dimethylbenzylamine, m.p. 159-161° C. MS [(+)ESI, m/z]: 552 [M+H]+ Anal. Calcd for C37H35N3O2: C, 80.26; H, 6.37; N, 7.59. Found: C, 79.84; H, 6.12; N, 7.41.
