The title compound was synthesized in the manner of Example 81 from 2,2,2-trichloro-1-[10-{[(4-bromophenyl)thio]acetyl}-10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepine-3-yl]-ethanone of Example 80 and 4-methylbenzylamine, m.p. 131-132° C. MS [(+)ESI, m/z]: 560 [M+H]+ Anal. Calcd for C29H26BrN3O2S: C, 62.14; H, 4.68; N, 7.50. Found: C, 62.23; H, 4.59; N, 7.37.
