Versuchsvorschrift

Using general procedure C, 2-methyl-2-p-tolyl-cyclobutane-1,3-dione was reacted with benzaldehyde and N-[1,1-dimethyl-2-(6-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-ethyl]-acetamide (from Example 1.2) to give N-(2-{2-[(2-hydroxy-3-methyl-4-oxo-3-p-tolyl-cyclobut-1-enyl)-phenyl-methyl]-6-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl}-1,1-dimethyl-ethyl)-acetamide as a pale yellow solid. MS: 519.5 ([M−H]−).
