The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in step 2 of Example 1 from 4-chloro-2-[(ethoxycarbonyl)amino]benzonitrile (Example 1, step 1) and 2-bromo-3′-methylacetophenone (R. Yveline, G. Gerard, and M. Geroges, Chem.Pharm.Bull., 1992,40, 1170.).
