Reaktionsschritte
As described for example 5, (5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-methanol (200 mg, 1.06 mmol) was converted using methyl 6-chloronicotinate instead of 6-chloronicotinonitrile to the title compound (SiO2, heptane:ethyl acetate=100:0 to 70:30, 191 mg, 42%) which was obtained as a colourless oil. MS: m/e=325.3 [M+H]+.
