Versuchsvorschrift

The title compound was prepared from 5-fluoro-3-iodo-indazole and 4,4-difluorocyclohexanol in 17% yield according to the general procedure for Preparation 31A. The minor isomer was not isolated or characterized. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.94-2.17 (4H, m), 2.34-2.52 (4H, m), 4.67-4.73 (1H, m), 7.02 (1H, dd, J=2.4, 8.4 Hz), 7.11 (1H, td, J=2.4, 9.2 Hz), 7.67 (1H, dd, J=4.0, 9.2 Hz).
