Versuchsvorschrift

It was prepared from (1R,2R)-2-(4-aminophenyl)cyclopropane carboxylic acid (0.7 g, 3.9 mmol) and [3-(bromomethyl)phenyl](phenyl)methanone (0.9 g, 3.2 mmol) by following the procedure described in Scheme 2 for Intermediate 5. (0.5 g, Yield: 39%). MS (ESI, 120 eV): m/z=372.0 (M+H)+.
