Versuchsvorschrift

To a solution of 7-((1-allylcyclopropyl)sulfonyl)-4-fluoro-5-(2-fluoro-4-iodophenyl)-5H-imidazo[4′,5′:4,5]benzo[1,2-d][1,2,3]thiadiazol-6(7H)-one (60 mg, 0.11 mmol) in THF (5 mL) was added potassium trimethylsilanolate (14 mg, 0.11 mmol). The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 1 h and quenched with saturated NH4Cl (aq.). The aqueous layer was extracted with EA (10 mL×2). The combined organic phase was washed with brine (20 mL), dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel (petroleum ether/ethyl acetate, 5:1-3:1, v/v) to give the desired product (50 mg, 87.3% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 8.24 (s, 1H), 7.65-7.63 (m, 2H), 7.31 (m, 1H), 7.01 (s, 1H), 6.83 (s, 1H), 5.74-5.56 (m, 1H), 5.02 (m, 2H), 2.77-2.71 (m, 1H), 2.12-2.0 (m, 1H), 1.75-1.71 (m, 2H), 1.21-0.97 (m, 2H).
