Versuchsvorschrift

227 mg (0.36 mmol) of the compound prepared in Example 158 was dissolved in methanol, 20 mg of palladium hydroxide carbon was added thereto, and the mixture was reacted under 1 atm of hydrogen for 2 hours. After the reaction was completed, the mixture was filtered and the solvent therein was removed. The residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography(eluent: ammonia water/methanol=15/85, v/v) to give 120 mg (0.26 mmol, Yield 74%) of the title compound.
