Applications

DescriptionAsomate is a largely obsolete organo-arsenic fungicide formerly used on a wide variety of crops. Little information is known regarding its environmental fate and behaviour nor its ecotoxicity. It is highly toxic to mammals if ingested.

UsesAsomate is an organoarsenic fungicide used for various agricultural goods. Research has shown that arsenic pollution manifested permanently and extensively when asomate was used continuously in apple orchard.
