PreparationFlucycloxuron is produced by the reaction of 4-chlorocyclopropylphenone with hydroxylamine to yield the corresponding oxime, which is treated with 4-nitrobenzylbromide,followed by reduction to give the corresponding amine that is fur-ther treated with 2,6-difluorobenzoylisocyanate.
