Reaction Steps
Prepared as described in Example 7 using (1S,2R)-1-{[1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-indazol-5-yl]oxy}-1-phenylpropan-2-amine (1a, 149 mg, 0.41 mmol) and 2-chloro-2-oxoethyl acetate (49 μL, 0.45 mmol). Yield 125 mg (72%).
