The entitled compound was obtained as a yellow solid in the same method as in Example 251 (step 2) or in accordance with the method or by combining it with an ordinary method but using 5-(2-fluorophenoxy)-6-hydroxy-2-pyrazin-2-yl-1H-benzimidazole obtained in Example 251 (step 1) and 5-bromo-2-cyanopyridine.
