Procedure
Intermediate 7 was coupled with 2-(3-fluoro-phenyl)-ethylamine following procedure F and the resulting product deprotected following procedure G. LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 393. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, CD3OD, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 3.3 ppm) δ 8.2 (d, 1H) 6.95-7.6 (m, 8H) 6.9 (m, 1H) 4.95 (m, 1H) 3.6-4.0 (m, 3H) 3.4 (m, 3H) 3.15 (m, 2H) 3.0 (m, 2H) 2.25 (m, 2H) 1.7 (m, 2H).
