{(4S,5R)-4,5-Bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2-[2-ethoxy-4-(2-hydroxy-1,1-dimethyl-ethyl)-phenyl]-4,5-dihydro-imidazol-1-yl}-[4-(2-methanesulfonyl-ethyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-methanone hydrochloride was prepared from (4S,5R)-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2-[2-ethoxy-4-(2-hydroxy-1,1-dimethyl-ethyl)-phenyl]-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl chloride (example 12g) and 1-(2-methanesulfonylethyl)piperazine dihydrochloride (example 17) in an analogous manner as described in example 25.
