Reaction Steps
2-(4-{(4S,5R)-4,5-Bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2-[2-ethoxy-4-(2-hydroxy-1,1-dimethyl-ethyl)-phenyl]-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl}-piperazin-1-yl)-N-methoxy-N-methyl-acetamide hydrochloride was prepared from (4S,5R)-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2-[2-ethoxy-4-(2-hydroxy-1,1-dimethyl-ethyl)-phenyl]-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl chloride (example 12g) and N-methoxy-N-methyl-2-piperazin-1-yl-acetamide (example 16b) in an analogous manner as described in example 25.
