Reaction Steps

0.271 g (0.406 mmol) of (2R*,4S*)-2-benzyl-1-(3,5-bis-(trifluoromethyl)-benzoyl)-N-(4-quinolylmethyl)-N-trifluoroacetyl-4-piperidinamine is reacted with 0.061 g (1.23 mmol) of sodium borohydride in analogy to Example 2. The title compound ##STR30## is obtained as white foam. TLC: methylene chloride/methanol/conc. ammonia (1000:50:1) Rf =0.21, FD-MS: M+ =571.
