Procedure
Following the procedure for the preparation of 2-[4-(5-Pyridin-4-yl-[1,2,4]triazol-1-yl)-phenoxymethyl]-quinoline but substituting 4-(Quinolin-2-ylmethoxy)-benzamide and Pyridin-4-yl-hydrazine provided the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.65 (d, J=6.2 Hz, 2 H), 8.21 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1 H), 8.08 (s, 1H), 8.07 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 7.84 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1H), 7.73 (m, 1 H), 7.65 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1 H), 7.55 (m, 1 H), 7.43 (d, J=9.1 Hz, 2H), 7.32 (d, J=6.2 Hz, 2 H), 7.05 (d, J=8.7Hz, 2H), 5.40 (s, 2H); MS: (M+H m/z=380.2).
