Reaction Steps
The titled compound was prepared as the hydrochloride salt according to Method CB using the product of Example 1A (78 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 1-ethynyl-3,5-difluorobenzene (Apollo, 69 mg, 0.5 mmol). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.50 (tt, J=9.3, 2.4 Hz, 1H), 7.60-7.78 (m, 3H), 7.89 (s, 1H), 8.32 (dt, J=7.8, 2.2 Hz, 1H), 8.76 (d, J=3.4 Hz, 1H), 9.11 (d, J=1.7 Hz, 1H) ppm; MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 259 (M+H)+.
