Reaction Steps
A portion of 40.0 mg (18.9 μmol, 1.00 eq) of PMB-protected (Trimer-lys(Boc))2-TEGDA OMe was treated with hot TFA according to general procedure E to yield (Trimer-Lys)2-TEGDA as a colorless solid. Yield: 26.0 mg (18.3 μmol, 97%).
