Reagents, catalysts & solvents 1
Procedure
16 mg of lamotrigine was dissolved in 2 ml of methanol, 11 mg of adipic acid was added to the solution to form a single solution. The solution was then allowed to stand for several hours to effect the slow evaporation of solvent. The solids gathered were stored in screw cap vials for subsequent analysis.
Workup
- customto form a single solution
- waitto stand for several hours
- customthe slow evaporation of solvent
- customcap vials for subsequent analysis
