Reaction Steps
According to Method P, (S)-7-(4-amino-phenyl)-2,7-diaza-spiro[4.4]nonane-2-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester was reacted with 4-methoxy-2-methyl-benzoic acid. In this way the product was obtained with molecular weight 465.60 (C27H35N3O4); MS (ESI): 466 (M+H+).
