Procedure

Following General Procedure II-A above using N-(cyclopropylacetyl)-L-alanine methyl ester (from Step A), the title compound was prepared as an oil. The reaction was monitored by tlc on silica get (Rf=0.27 in 10% methanol/dichloromethane).
