説明MK-677 (Ibutamoren) is an oral compound that stimulates the secretion of growth hormone and IGF-1. Research suggests that MK-677 shows promise in raising growth hormone levels, promoting muscle growth, increasing bone density and potentially combating the effects of ageing. It is used in the bodybuilding and fitness communities; however, there is a risk of side effects such as intense hunger, oedema (water retention) and elevated blood glucose levels (impaired insulin sensitivity). It is not an officially approved medication and is prohibited in doping tests.
