使用DL-Norvaline is a neurotransmitter.
一般的な説明DL-Norvaline, a non-protein amino acid, is of significance in metabolic pathways. It is used as a food additive on account of its nutritional and functional characteristics that are beneficial to health.
製造方法DL-Norvaline is produced from n-valeric acid as the starting material. Following acylation, α-bromination and hydrolysis of the acyl chloride, α-bromo-n-valeric acid is first obtained, and DL-norvaline is then produced via amination.
