解説ビンカミン，C21H26N2O3(354.45)．ビンカーダー，ビンカパンともいわれる．キョウチクトウ科Vinca minorに含まれる主アルカロイド．黄色の結晶．融点232～233 ℃．[α]23D＋41°(ピリジン)．血管拡張薬として，高血圧症，狭心症治療に使用される．LD50 75 mg/kg(マウス，静注)， ＞ 1000 mg/kg(マウス，皮下)．
