説明Limaprost is an orally-active antithrombotic and vasodilator structurally related to alprostadil. Oral administration of limaprost causes a dose-dependent inhibition of platelet aggregation, an increase in platelet CAMP and a mild suppression of platelet adhesiveness. In patients with pulmonary emphysema, tuberculosis, and chronic lung disease, treatment with limaprost reportedly produces significant cardiac improvements.
使用Limaprost Alfadex is used in the sysnthesis of prostaglandins and its derivatives.
