用途
解説
C2H12Si(88.2)．(C2H5)2SiH2．ジクロロジエチルシランを還元すると得られる．無色の液体．融点－134.9 ℃，沸点56 ℃．d2040.684．n20D1.302．アルカリ性水溶液で分解し，水素を発生して相当するシラノールとなり，金属酸化物により容易に酸化されてシロキサンとなる．遷移金属触媒の存在下でオレフィンに付加する．[CAS 542-91-6]森北出版「化学辞典（第2版）
使用
Diethylsilane is used as a precursor to prepare (3-allylsulfanyl-propyl)-diethyl-silane by using (Ph3P)3RhCl as reagent. It is also used in the chemical vapor deposition of SiO2 for microelectronics.
