ジエチルジスルフィド，C4H10S2(122.25)．CH3CH2SSCH2CH3．エタンチオールの酸化あるいはハロゲン化エチルと二硫化カリウムとの反応で合成される．不快臭をもつ無色の液体．融点－101.5 ℃，沸点154 ℃．d4200.9931．nD201.507．エタノール，エーテルに可溶，水に難溶．希硝酸で酸化するとジスルホキシドを与える．
