実験手順

HATU (0.33 g) was added to a solution of 3-(4-(2-(4-(2-ethylthiazole-4-carbonyl)-1-oxa-4,9-diazaspiro[5.5]undecan-9-yl)ethyl)phenethoxy)propanoic acid [Example 3, step e] (0.50 g), N-(2,2-dimethoxyethyl)propan-1-amine [Liebigs Annalen der Chemie 1979, 11, 1818] (0.12 g) and triethylamine (0.56 mL) in dichloromethane (5 mL) at 0° C. under nitrogen, and the mixture stirred at ambient temperature for 2 hours. The mixture was washed with water, the organic phase was separated, dried, filtered and concentrated in vacuo to afford the subtitled compound as an orange oil. Yield 0.43 g.
