Compound 26 (linker moity where n=5) was synthesized by an analogous procedure as employed for compound 12, but using 1-amino-17-azido-3,6,9,12,15-pentaoxaheptadecane instead of 1-amino-1′-azido-3,6,9-trioxaundecane in the first step of synthesis.
