実験手順

A mixture of ethyl 8-chloro-3-[3-methoxy-4-(2-methyl-1,3-oxazol-5-yl)phenyl]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine-8-carboxylate (2000 mg), 3,4-difluorophenol (655 mg), potassium carbonate (1989 mg) and DMF (10 mL) was stirred at 90° C. for 30 min, and the mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature. Ethyl acetate and water were added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was washed with water and saturated brine, and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane) to give the title compound (1240 mg).
