実験手順

tert-Butyl 2-methyl-8-(1-methylethyl)-2,3-dihydrothieno[2,3-f][1,4]oxazepine-4(5H)-carboxylate (235 mg) was stirred in 4N hydrogen chloride-ethyl acetate solution (5 mL) for 20 min. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was recrystallized from ethyl acetate to give 2-methyl-8-(1-methylethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-f][1,4]oxazepine 1 hydrochloride (146 mg, 78%) as colorless crystals.
