反応手順
A mixture of 0.010 g of product from Example 75, 0.014 g of 10% palladium/carbon, and 1 ml of deuterium oxide is reduced in a Parr apparatus for 2 hours at 30 psi. The reaction solution is filtered and lyophilyzed to give 0.007 g of the desired product.
